Conquering Your Anxiety & Panic Group

When: Fridays 5:30pm to 7:00pm Pacific Standard Time 

Where: We meet virtually. The link will be provided. 

Cost: $45/group session. Covered by most insurance. 

Length: 6 weeks

In this 6 week online group you will learn to understand anxiety and panic and gain valuable tools to manage it effectively. The small group is 100% online and meets every Friday from 5:30-7pm (PST). The cost is $45 per group and can be billed to your insurance. If you are not an existing client, we will meet once individually prior to your being admitted into the group to make sure it is a good fit. Groups will be limited to 6 participants.
